I am a qualified and experienced humanistic counsellor and can offer you professional help with a wide range of difficulties or emotional distress.
I aim to offer a warm, empathic and non-judgemental environment in which you can feel safe to explore the issues that bring you to counselling. I provide a confidential space where you can talk about anything you want, explore your difficulties and consider changes that you might want to make in your life or how to cope with things you cannot change.
This experience and process can help you to feel a greater sense of yourself as a person of value and worth.
I will work with you in a supportive way, listen carefully to you and help you gain a clearer understanding of your feelings and ways of behaving. We will work together, at your pace, to enable you to find a way forward that is right for you.
